Blood supply in lower septum
Dear Dr. Houser, Would you consider implanting at a very low point on a patient's septum? (e.g. nearly at the external nare). Or is the blood supply much too inadequate at this local for the alloderm to take? Thank you, Matt

The blood supply is good there. Actually I do often implant in that region - opposite the head of where the IT should be.
