Deviated Septum?
I had deviated septum surgery, but I think that my lower septum near the front of the nose is deviated because of surgery. It's the lowest portion of the septum near the nasal valves/nostril. What is this type of deviation called and can it be fixed?

may be deviation of the maxillary crest. It can be corrected in most circumstances.
