Insanity
This is unbelievable, my symptoms have improved, and i think i am better off then a lot of people on here. I cant stand being consious of my breath throughout the entire day, its insanity. Its so hard to focus everyday is such a struggle now my heart goes out to each and every one of you. So much suffering its unbelievable. I would rather have no arms then live like this.

Hang in there, keep moisturizing, keep up with lots and regular physical activity. Take mild sleeping pills if you must, but do what you need to get relatively good night sleep, and things will slowly, but gradually improve. The more turbinate tissue you have remaining the better your chances of more improvement. However, it might take years and you might never feel 100% normal again, but through proper care and procedures such as Houser's you might come close to it.

In regards to your latter post, I am so proud that you went to that ENT's office and told him /the patients in the waiting room about your outcome!! Good for you! When I went back to my ENT's office 7 years ago, he told me I looked fine too. I feel like crying everyday ever since! I wish he could live in my body for one day. He would never do this to anyone ever again!
