What is the solution to how to stop nasal gel like ayr or saline sprays from going down the throat where I can literally taste it? I have dry nose now and I really need to keep my nose moist, but all of the saline sprays, ayr gels just slide down my throat. I don't even know if this is safe or not?

there is no solution. If it's safe to apply into the nose then it shouldn't be a problem. You can try to wear cotton plugs instead (one nostril at a time) - guaranteed to increase moisture more than anything else and screw what people think.

3 try manuka mixed with sesame seed oil, u might notice better results. You can spray with saline solution in addition to it.

I wouldn't recommend this as a solution for life..., because it's not esthetic and quite difficult to live with on a permanent basis, but every now and then when I sense that my nose gets too dry or drier than usual I block one nostril (alternate between nostril every other day) with wet cotton wool (don't wear it to bed). you'll find that if you do this for a couple of days at least you get an over all improvement in your nasal humidity that will last for a few days.
