Hi, approximately one year after my turbinates were cauterized these symptoms appeared : Diminished nasal airflow sensation feedback Nasal cavities and sinuses over sensitive to cold and dry air Extreme sensation of dryness of the nasal cavities Not enough moisture/mucus production (sorry to be graphic but I have no snots anymore) Dry mouth and white tongue Difficulty breathing in deep through the nose Sensivity to cold and dry air Difficulty concentrating Thick constant drainage at the back of the nose and throat Dry eyes Seborrheic dermatitis Anxiety, anger, mood swings. In fact I already have the majority of these symptoms before and I'm sure it's because I took accutane in the past, but after the surgery they worsened. Do you think I suffer from ens? How to know how much turbinates were removed? What can I do to treat the symptoms? I do jala neti since a month it's good against stuffy nose but my it may be a little drying, is it a good thing to do?
