question about inflame turbinate behaviours
Since, I know I have ENS-type, I just want to ask a question regarding the behaviors of inferior turbinate. I have been "shaved/burned" in mostly my right interior side. It's also known that my right side has more room passage wise compare to my left side. Just keep in mind, that I had three different turbinectomy to eleviate this problem, only I feel the same congestion. Is it possible the right turbinate inflames itself to compensate for the vast space in there now, especially after my third surgery?

Your IT can expand at times - vascular engorgement, not inflammation. If indeed your IT were getting engorged then I would expect that one of the surgeries would have minized the engorgement.

I still don't understand the difference between "vascular engorgement" and "inflammation". I thought inflammation involves blood pumped into the area, hence the enlargement.

inflammation is a recruitment of inflammatory cells outside of blood vessels engorgement is filling of vascular capacitance vessels - blood within the vessels
