Referral for CT Scans
Hi Doctor Houser, Does a patient typically need to be referred to have a CT scan? I would suspect they do. I was thinking about getting one before I go Metrohealth on June 5th. It will be extremly costly if I get one on my own and I feel no need to go back to my ENT to ask for another one. If you think I absolutely need one for our visit, I will inquire though. Thanks. js

It is usually strongly advised. From the data you have shared I know you had reduction, so we can hold off for now.
