Sleeping?
What kind of trouble sleeping do you guys have? I just had turbinate surgery done 4 weeks ago and I feel like I don't sleep well anymore. Do you feel tired during the day?

Yes sleeping sucks after ENS. I used to sleep like a baby and could go on 6 hours of sleep. Now I always feel tired and actually they put me on a cpap machine for my sleep. I developed mild sleep apnea and believe it is from my turbinate amputations.

I still take sleeping pills there not good for the body and mind but I need sleep also.

Sleeping is a major problem for (most) ENS patients. However, it is too soon for you to worry about this and you should wait for a few months for things to settle. It is only when you are left with a permanent problem, that you should really begin to worry...
