Supreme Court?
I think we need to all take our cases to the supreme court for a class action lawsuit! Is this a possiblity for us? We all need to get serious. It would be nice if we can get an attorney to help us with a class action lawsuit.

Yeah, but doctors should NOT be allowed to do surgery, without the informed consent of the patient on the risks of a very potentially dangerous surgery and they should not be allowed to do surgery that cannot be REVERSED without INFORMED CONSENT and telling the patient of the risks and other options available to him/her!

It would seem the medical establishment that approves training and surgical techniques used by ENT's could be sued, I would think. I'm not sure but it would seem any techniques taught and used in practice would have to be approved before it became officially recognized in the field.

Evertything is possible, especially in law, But this is a major project which will require much organization, time, leg work, expenses and willingness to fight for many years. If there is someone serious enough out-there to take it upon him/her self, I will (as a non-American) give them all the assistance I can. Any volunteers ? Only serious replies please.
