Symptom - Tears coming out of nose?
Hi Dr Houser. ENS is a cause of excessive open space and dryness (etc). Is a possible complication of this and from Turbinectomies to have tears coming from the tear ducts or eyes and somehow out through the Nasal Passage..... Is this possible and what would it indicate? Can watery mucus have the same texture and taste as tears? (thank you from everyone for your time you give on this forum. It means a lot and makes a real difference)

tears do flow from the lacrimal system into the nose - below the anterior portion of the IT if the mucosa/cilia is not functioning properly then the tears could roll out the front rather than being swept backwards.
