Thanks everyone
I want to say thank you to all who've helped me in anyway with advice,posts,comments etc etc. I'm going to be leaving the board for awhile and not be posting or replying. I think it's best for my health to leave and not comeback for awhile like I did before. I think we all need to step back sometimes and just help ourselves. I've found in the past that I was getting into battles that either I started or started by others. This board has begun to be very different from when I first came here 3 years ago. I've also noticed that some haven't posted in awhile and now I realize why, we just need sometime away. I want to make it clear I'm not healed or even close, I suffer everyday in my own way which may be different than some on here who suffer greatly. I really wish everyone the best of luck in getting help and if I ever help myself I'll be the first to comeback here and post. Also I know were NOT supposed to be talking about God and prayer but I really do pray for each of you everyday and myself and hope that no one else in this world has to suffer like us. Tony, I wish you nothing but the best in your search for wellness. I know you may have been directing that *NOT TALKING ABOUT GOD* to me, since I just posted in regard to that. God or religion has nothing to do with ENS. Good luck

canada110 good luck to you i hope you find answers to your problem i seem to have a lot of the same symtoms you have with the swelling of the turbs mine are most of the time but surpriseingly i am having a good day of breathing today feels good to breathe for one day at least for now. :) take care opal

opal and canada (please before you disappear)..... can you please PM me and tell me a bit more about this turbinate swelling. I get very bad and painful turbinate swelling and I still have not been able to find out much about this. I would be very grateful if I could get some of your thoughts and experience.

I disappeared for awhile, just realizing I can only do so much for myself. I came back reading some post once in a couple months. I'm shocked to find out some of most helpful people are gone. But I really did wanted to take a break from posting. That being said, this place IS the only place I could really vent and seek advice or insight. I don't think I'll ever heal from my nasal dryness or extreme lack of sleep due to unable to breath properly during sleep. This is a disappointing day to realize how the site has changed quite a bit. I'm going to try to be here a little more often to show some support.
