Upload your ENS testimony to You Tube - Instructions
Dear fellow sufferers, As you know we needed at least 10 videos to edit a short video -*test*-('")imonial presentation, or documentary, but only 6 were sent in, which makes a total of 8 (with myself and Chris). I must admit that i was upset at first, but then realized that we can really upload all these videos to You Tube, which enjoys a larger exposure than we could have ever reached through our documentary, and if we manage to put enough videos there (I'm talking about like 50-60 ENS -*test*-('")imonials together), it is quite possible that we will finally get the media onto our story, as reporters search You Tube for new stories all the time. So, we shall begin building up an ENS -*test*-('")imonial video bank on You Tube. This campaign will from now on remain a constant effort of this website and will receive high priority. It will not have a dead-line and will go on indefinitely. You-Tube is like a bank of videos. It's like Google but with videos and it gets listed on Google too as well as on all other web search engines. Any one who will post anything to do with turbinectomy on those search engines will be directed to our videos. Also very important - by uploading your video on to You Tube you retain all your copy-rights and there is no way that anyone will be able to download your file from there, plus you will always be able to make changes to it, remove it or upload more films. Please note: You Tube only accept videos that are under 10 minutes. Uploading instructions: All you need to do is to register on You Tube (it's completely free) and once you have done that you can upload any video you want, providing it's up to 10 minutes long. When you go to www.youtube.com just type: empty nose syndrome, and you will see there already a few video -*test*-('")imonials that are loaded there already. The more videos we upload under "empty nose syndrome" the more traffic and awareness we'll generate. All you need to do after you register is to press "UPLOAD" and follow the instructions they give you there. Then you'll get to a window where it says "BROWSE" - you press that button and it will show you your files on your computer - simply select your video and press "upload" and it will take a short while to upload. And that's that. After uploading it may take up to 12 hours for You-Tube to place it with the other ENS films, so be patient, although you will be able to see it immediately through your personal account. If after a day or so, it is still not appearing with the other ENS videos, it is because you did not put the full words - empty nose syndrome - in the title line of the video. An important tip: when you are asked to write a description of your video make sure you put as many key words as possible that relate to our condition, like: empty nose syndrome, turbinectomy, nose surgery, atrophic rhinitis, septoplasty, nasal dryness, etc'. This way when any of these terms will be searched for, on Google or anywhere else, our videos will come up. You'll also be asked to choose the category which your film fits to and then also another line to choose something called Mega-tags: For Category choose: Science & Technology. In the Tags following choose: empty nose syndrome ENS medicine ENT nose atrophic rhinitis turbinectomy turbinates FESS conchotomy septoplasty rhinoplasty SMR. Let me congratulate you on making this -*test*-('")imony. I strongly believe that it will help create a massive rise in awareness and ultimately encourage more research and ever improving solutions to our plight. Looking forward to seeing your video there. TE.
