Very possible to win I have spent 4 years, collecting all information, all document, all relalbe and authoritavie resources,.
I believe we REALLy have a good chance to win in the lawsuit, or the publci opinion. I think especially the law suit.
We have "group standing" to tile it. ( from a case of the law student at George washingont law students against the increase of the shool administrative fee because it will lead to more cutiing of trees and hence afftect the enjoyment of the natural resources)
I really need some more help, all kinds to put it into practice,
The premise is, if win, which possible, cause I tried very hard to collect all infor and evi, all the money must be diverted to the researcher for reconstrution of the sinus.
ANy feed back?

Like a class action lawsuit? Props to you if you know about that. Individual lawsuits are up to the individual and statute of limitations is usually too short for most. Also, suing individual doctors is going to be a slow way to change the whole system, and a sort of sad way to go, considering doctors are not even educated enough on this issue to know better. I have had to think through that a million times. Of course, some doctors will operate on anything with a pulse to get paid, no matter if it violates Hippocratic Oath. But if we change the system, at least the bad docs will be required to give more information, or information will be out there in an official capacity.
If you know about law or government, how can we bring this issue to the attention of state medical boards, or even better, Congress? I found out FDA does not regulate this issue, unlike Lasik.

regarding to defendant There are several ENTs in US written papers encouraging total removal of ITs or MTs during septoplasty or rhinoplasty or just allergy
Also, do you think that the amenican ENT or rhinology association is really innocent here?
If we can sue on ENT who has done the surgery, that's best. Because he will surely use those paper for defense, then we can follow it.

here is from dr houser:
I think going to congress would be the most bang
I really have no idea how that is done though
perhaps research what medical committees there are (many!!) and send a message to the chairman, or a rep on the committee that represents your area.
NYC is sure to have some powerful folk in congress
