Easy to follow and effective breathing exercise that takes only three minutes that is helpful in improving your over all breathing during the day with ENS:

Just follow the instructions of this video and do it every day and you will feel somewhat more energized and calm. |

That's pretty good. Doesn't strain the lungs at all:) I found another breathing exercise which proportedly reduces anxiety, and.... *drum Roll* is supposed to be good for nasal health 2!

This one might be bit hard. But just do it to the best of your ability. It feels good to me:) I hope someone else can try and see if it works for them. You can research this out, it is even thought this technique balances left and right brain hemisphere activity (Who knows!). _________________ Don't substitute my personal advice for table sugar...
