i tried with implants one year ago; they didnt help much. moreover, i know have a scar, cuz they opened my nose from columella side. and my tip is swelled also. what a scam. but it's just a beginning. i cant get a help to repair here, in toronto. moreover, they told me that they dont operate in whole ontario, and i am afraid in whole canada. [which is clear after so many years of pain]. so, the only option is in states. they gave me a quote for 16K!!! however, i strongly believe, that more tissue must help a lot. i hope, it's not being done for apurpose, because they could install more tissue during the first repair. [right?]. so, i asked ohip (canadian health care) to grant me money for this, and they have denied, having tated that this operation is unknown as well as the whole case. i have asked my doctor what i should do now, and he replied me to forget a case...no repair, no money. moreover, i spent my own 11K for the first repair and now in debt. plus, i am a student, i dont have any income. i also dropped a school due to immense pressure. failed my last year almost absolutely, which cost me another 15K, or something. plus, i am constantly in pain and fight this condition. i feel that i need more tissue on sides. i cant believe that people dont complain at all as one of the recently seen by me doctors said, and that this operation [partial turbinectomy] is a routine, and they mostly are happy. plus, we dont have lawyers to fight them, and no witnesses. so, we cant be compensated for pain and harm caused by them. doctors remain intact, and clearly abuse their power without being punished. and it affects good guys too. i saw one of them: he explained the situation, and said that he personally never harm turbinates, because he understands the effect. he is very sad that it happens, but i believe that soon he will stop even talking about it as others do. this is absolutely true story. no fake, or damn imagination! Canada is considered as one of the best countries in the world, right? i've been also denied a disability. they want to put me on employment, i have constant headaches, and some other symptoms, like huge pressure in cavities, including blood pressure. i dont understand why they want to put a sick person on a work. dont mention my rights, my school, which i have to be in, and which i cant make because of this condition.

what do you think about it?

do you think, we should accept being as victims, as a matter of miscare, and stop living our dream? [i know it's a hung question, only we can help ourselves, but how to fight the corruption, avoidance, and ignorance]

would you be a good person after all this?

hey, you didnt understand. i dont want to accept a status of victim. we shoud fight government and their policies, we dont need this medical care, and they should grant us money! or they shouldn't be governments! dont you understand that these damages could all be avoided if they knew what they were doing? so, why now they keep making money and have good living compared to YOU. and you sit in this [shit] and suffer daily? dont you realize that you owed, and you dont want pay anything back? no money for damages, or punish at least one doctor, so they will stop chopping our parts? do we deserve living these lifes, or you think you will have another one? but thanks for material, especially about holocoust. and without cure it's useless, i dont know about you guys, but i am having really bad cut on a side of septum, and i cant handle it! it's not turbiantes, though i have some problems with it also (can be overcome by intensive gym and big efforts). i need a repair for it and they dont give me any!

They won't respond to us if we threaten them. And I also don't think Legeo was saying just be a passive victim. He is saying resign yourself to your suffering, because fighting against it is useless.

It's good you hit the gym- and I know what you mean by intense efforts at the gym helping. It helps me 2. Unfortunately I still can't workout to hard- so feel lucky that you can even do that:D

In regards to the septum cut- I don't know what your talking about. My septum has a divide in the front that feels pretty knarley. It makes me worry about possibly injuring it again.

Keep your chin up- we are here to help one and other.

Your going to have to go from victim to survivor. It's rough- and I can't say i'm totally there yet either. Just implement and apply every relevent tip to improve your condition. At least you have lots of tissue left to work with.

Evgeny, again, sorry to read you are suffering so much. Most of us have been through very similar plights. Several members (myself included)have finished either college or advance degrees while amidst full-blown ENS. Is it extremely freaking hard to study with this? Obviously.

4 years ago I too had to drop out for a year and a half. My GPA plummeted, a few professors probably thought I was mentally disturbed ('I've got this nose thing, I told them'). I re-enrolled, gutted it out and finished graduation with honors. You can too!

You are in control. Bluntly, yes, there ARE some VERY dark times with this condition. However, you MUST, remain in control of anger, hurt and frustration. Believe me brother, that will only exasperate your symptoms and drain your energies even further.

I've read that some people use celery juice for headaches and migraines, see if it helps.

Also tracing the "triple burner" may help stimulate your mind.

as far as making money there is a book/audiobook called "the 4 hour work week" it gives ideas on how to make money if you are limited in time to work.

Writing, reselling, consulting, internet....all are good things to consider making money when your ill.
